Artist Submission Guidelines
Artists interested in showing work or being represented by the Gallery are welcome to submit a portfolio for review by Gallery staff. The Portfolio should included the following:
1. 15 to 20 digital images of representative work completed in the last 2 years. The digital images should be in .jpg format, about 1.0 MB size, at a resolution of 300 dpi and an image size not exceeding 1200 pixels in the larger dimension. The images may be submitted on a CD by mail or electonically by e-mail at the address below.
2. An image list of the submitted images, ideally with thumbnails, including relevant information about each piece, such as size, medium, date completed, retail price and whether the work is available or has been sold.
3. A brief resume including education, exhibition history for the past 3 years, gallery representation, and listing of awards received. Copies of press coverage may also be included.
4. (optional) Artist Statement.
5. (optional) Prepaid mailer for return of materials if desired.
All documents and CD should be labeled with artist name, postal address, email address and phone number.
If a meeting with the artist or viewing of actual works is desired, arrangements will be made after review of the digital images submitted with the Portfolio.
